Maintenance

- Avoid overcharging or completely draining the battery.
- Inspect the battery regularly for damage, swelling, or loose contacts.
- If the battery is not used for an extended period, recharge it periodically to maintain battery health.
Warranty
This product does not include a warranty. Customers are advised to handle and use the battery according to the manufacturer’s safety guidelines to ensure optimal performance and lifespan.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 10-day “buyer’s remorse” return policy.
- Unopened products can be returned within 10 days with no questions asked.
- Opened or flown products may also be returned but must be in new working condition and are subject to approval.
- Opened boxes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable if the item is returned in working condition.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be in original condition
- Include the packing slip, original packaging, and documentation
- Have no scratches, marks, or blemishes
- Have security tags still attached
- Not be altered, sized, or modified
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Damaged Box or Damaged Product
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact Customer Support within 4 business days of receiving your shipment so the issue can be corrected.
If the package shows extensive box damage, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately.

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery for reasons other than damage:
- The customer is responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred.
- Once the package returns to the warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- The refund amount will be purchase price minus the actual shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer:
- The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
- This applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
- Reshipping requests will require a reshipping fee.
If the package is returned and the customer does not contact support, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped under FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid, meaning the seller pays the shipping cost while the buyer assumes responsibility for the goods once they leave the shipping point.

Smartnestplus.com ships across the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands).
Free Ground Shipping
Free ground shipping is available for orders over $4,999 within the 48 continental U.S. states.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping partners are used to ensure the best available international shipping rates.
- All duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers can contact support for specific international shipping quotes.
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery (unless due to shipping damage):
- The customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred.
- Once the package returns to the warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs.
This policy helps reduce unnecessary shipping costs and allows us to offer competitive pricing.

Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders ship only on business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed before 12 PM EST and verified will ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the next business day.
- 2-Day and Standard Overnight shipping refer to business days only.
Shipping times do not include the day the order is shipped.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
