The DJI Dock 3 is DJI’s first dock capable of both fixed and vehicle-mounted deployment, enabling 24/7 autonomous drone operations. Compatible with Matrice 4D and 4TD, it adapts to extreme conditions and complex environments. Equipped with advanced cameras, obstacle sensing, and intelligent features via DJI FlightHub 2, the system reduces operational time and labor costs while maximizing efficiency. For the first time, mobile deployment allows rapid response during emergency operations or inspections in hard-to-reach areas.

Maintenance

  • Inspect drones and dock before each mission for debris or damage
  • Clean propellers, gimbals, and cameras regularly
  • Keep firmware/software updated for DJI Dock 3, Matrice 4D/4TD, and DJI FlightHub 2
  • Fully charge drones; preheat before operation in extreme cold
  • Test obstacle sensing, gimbal stabilization, and transmission functionality
  • Ensure dock calibration is correct for fixed or vehicle-mounted setups

Warranty

  • Standard DJI limited warranty applies for dock and drones
  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship
  • Extended warranty options available separately
  • Users are responsible for shipping/service costs outside warranty
  • DJI Care Enterprise coverage not included in this kit

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 10-day “buyer’s remorse” return policy.

  1. Unopened products can be returned within 10 days with no questions asked.
  2. Opened or flown products may also be returned but must be in new working condition and are subject to approval.
  3. Opened boxes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the item is returned in working condition.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  1. Be in original condition
  2. Include the packing slip, original packaging, and documentation
  3. Have no scratches, marks, or blemishes
  4. Have security tags still attached
  5. Not be altered, sized, or modified

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged Box or Damaged Product

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact Customer Support within 4 business days of receiving your shipment so the issue can be corrected.

If the package shows extensive box damage, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately.

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery for reasons other than damage:

  1. The customer is responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred.
  2. Once the package returns to the warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. The refund amount will be purchase price minus the actual shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer:

  1. The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
  2. This applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
  3. Reshipping requests will require a reshipping fee.

If the package is returned and the customer does not contact support, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped under FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid, meaning the seller pays the shipping cost while the buyer assumes responsibility for the goods once they leave the shipping point.

Shipping Coverage

Smartnestplus.com ships across the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands).

Free Ground Shipping

Free ground shipping is available for orders over $4,999 within the 48 continental U.S. states.

International Shipping

We ship exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

  1. All duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Customers can contact support for specific international shipping quotes.

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery (unless due to shipping damage):

  1. The customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred.
  2. Once the package returns to the warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs.

This policy helps reduce unnecessary shipping costs and allows us to offer competitive pricing.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  1. Orders ship only on business days (Monday–Friday).
  2. Orders placed before 12 PM EST and verified will ship the same business day.
  3. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the next business day.
  4. Shipping and delivery information will be shared after the order is placed.
  5. 2-Day and Standard Overnight shipping refer to business days only.

Shipping times do not include the day the order is shipped.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
