The DJI Dock 3 is DJI’s first dock designed for both fixed and vehicle-mounted deployments, enabling 24/7 remote drone operations. Equipped with Matrice 4D or 4TD high-performance drones, it adapts seamlessly to challenging environments, from extreme heat to subzero cold. Integrated with DJI FlightHub 2, the system supports intelligent route planning, real-time data transmission, automated inspection, and rapid modeling, reducing operational labor and maximizing efficiency. This kit does not include DJI Care Enterprise coverage.

Maintenance

  • Inspect dock and drones for dirt, damage, or obstructions before deployment
  • Clean propellers, gimbals, and cameras regularly
  • Ensure firmware/software updates for DJI Dock 3, Matrice 4D/4TD, and DJI FlightHub 2
  • Fully charge drones before long missions; preheat before cold-weather operation
  • Test obstacle sensing modules, gimbal stabilization, and transmission functionality
  • Perform routine checks on fixed and vehicle-mounted dock calibration

Warranty

  • DJI Care Enterprise: Not included
  • Standard DJI limited warranty applies for dock and drones
  • Extended warranty options available separately: 1-Year or 2-Year coverage
  • Users are responsible for shipping and service costs outside the warranty
  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship; refer to DJI official policies for detailed coverage

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 10-day “buyer’s remorse” return policy.

  1. Unopened products can be returned within 10 days with no questions asked.
  2. Opened or flown products may also be returned but must be in new working condition and are subject to approval.
  3. Opened boxes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the item is returned in working condition.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  1. Be in original condition
  2. Include the packing slip, original packaging, and documentation
  3. Have no scratches, marks, or blemishes
  4. Have security tags still attached
  5. Not be altered, sized, or modified

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged Box or Damaged Product

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact Customer Support within 4 business days of receiving your shipment so the issue can be corrected.

If the package shows extensive box damage, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately.

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery for reasons other than damage:

  1. The customer is responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred.
  2. Once the package returns to the warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. The refund amount will be purchase price minus the actual shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer:

  1. The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
  2. This applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
  3. Reshipping requests will require a reshipping fee.

If the package is returned and the customer does not contact support, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped under FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid, meaning the seller pays the shipping cost while the buyer assumes responsibility for the goods once they leave the shipping point.

Shipping Coverage

Smartnestplus.com ships across the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands).

Free Ground Shipping

Free ground shipping is available for orders over $4,999 within the 48 continental U.S. states.

International Shipping

We ship exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

  1. All duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Customers can contact support for specific international shipping quotes.

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery (unless due to shipping damage):

  1. The customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred.
  2. Once the package returns to the warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs.

This policy helps reduce unnecessary shipping costs and allows us to offer competitive pricing.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  1. Orders ship only on business days (Monday–Friday).
  2. Orders placed before 12 PM EST and verified will ship the same business day.
  3. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the next business day.
  4. Shipping and delivery information will be shared after the order is placed.
  5. 2-Day and Standard Overnight shipping refer to business days only.

Shipping times do not include the day the order is shipped.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
